Growing up around Moroccan rituals, body care never felt rushed. It was practical, sensory, and deeply woven into everyday life. A few trusted essentials could soften skin, reset the mind, and turn an ordinary evening into something restorative.
Then modern beauty routines became louder, faster, and more crowded. We saw endless attention given to facial care while the rest of the body was treated as an afterthought.

When is the pre-order dispatch date?+
Your pre-order is scheduled to be dispatched within 6 to 8 weeks from the date your order is placed. This is an estimated timeframe, so timing may shift depending on production, sourcing, or other unexpected delays. If anything changes, we will keep you updated by email.
What is your refund policy for pre-orders?+
If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 3 days of placing your pre-order by emailing orders@maisonzee.com with your order number. After that window, pre-orders are no longer eligible for a refund because they secure limited small-batch production. Non pre-order purchases are eligible for store credit only.
What happens if shipping is delayed?+
We work closely with our production and delivery partners to get every order out as smoothly as possible. If a delay happens, whether from production timing, customs, or courier issues, we will keep you informed. Delivery estimates at checkout are best estimates, and we truly appreciate your patience with limited-batch production.
