Order Processing
If you place an order before 14:00 (GMT) from Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
During busy periods (like sales or holidays), please allow an extra day or two.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Moroccan Goodies on their journey to you.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items will be clearly marked with an estimated dispatch date. Your entire order will ship together once all items are available.
