Our Promise to You
We want you to love your Moroccan Goodies rituals. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Contact us at orders@maisonzee.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label (for UK returns).
- Pack your items securely and ship them back.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, simply let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange it for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
