HOW TO USE

Pointless customer service
This company’s pricing felt deliberately misleading. An item in my basket went from £12 to £17.99 with the same discount code still applied — a £5.99 increase just before presenting any Black Friday deals. That comes across as pure greediness. It’s presented as a deal, but in reality it only benefits the company, not the customer.
On top of that, communication was slow, and now they’ve stopped replying altogether. The whole back-and-forth felt more like a tactic to frustrate me than to actually resolve anything.
Overall, extremely disappointed and won’t be purchasing from this company.

What’s Rituals?

I really wish the full ingredients were on the website because if I knew beforehand that soya bean oil was in it I wouldn’t have bought it. It smells like vegetable cooking oil. Made me feel nauseous. I thought Argan oil was the only oil in it.
