1. Wet your skin in a warm shower for at least 5 minutes to soften it.
2. Apply the Argan Body Cleanser, then slip on the wet glove.
3. Exfoliate in long, sweeping motions across the body — never circular, never aggressive.
4. Rinse off and follow with a body oil or moisturiser.
5. After use: rinse the glove thoroughly, wring out and hang to air dry. Machine-washable on a gentle cycle.
6. Use 1–2 times a week — over-exfoliation can sensitise the skin.
