Poor customer service
Still waiting for my order to arrive that I placed on the 19th of June, it is now the 22nd of July and I have not received a single update regarding my order; no dispatch date or tracking. When I spoke to customer service they told me that part of my order was pre-order which I was aware of whilst ordering, however I am disappointed that I have to wait for so long for the rest of my order which is not on pre-order since you don’t want to pay twice for shipping. Payment shouldn’t have been taken for my order until dispatch. I would avoid purchasing from here again.

Having a Moroccan bath it’s a ritual and can’t imagine it without this clay .Honestly I’m so happy I’ve found such a good products in London 😊
